Este protocolo tiene como objetivo la prevención e intervención en situaciones de discriminación y violencias por género, expresión de género, orientación sexual y características sexuales, en pos de preservar tanto la integridad física, psicológica y emotiva de lxs denunciantes, como así también promover la integridad y principios de la institución.

El documento se desarrolla en el marco de nuestra Escuela de Formación en Derechos Humanos, capacitándonos con especialistas para la elaboración y puesta en marcha de este documento.

Best TV Series Coming to Prime Video in February 2023 Movie

Prime Video has many different kinds of shows to offer in February 2023, and here are the best coming soon.

After a strong start in January, original series on Prime Video will be exploring all kinds of genres in February 2023, including Black comedy, steampunk fantasy, Mexican western, workplace thriller, and more, meaning we have a lot to look forward to from Amazon's television department to next month.

Old shows are returning on Prime for the first half of the month of February, with a second season of hilarity in Harlem on the third, a second season in Great Britain with on Clarkson's Farm on the tenth, and the second season of mythical crime in Carnival Row on the seventeenth. New shows will then take the Prime spotlight in the latter half of February, as La Cabeza de Joaquín Murrieta premieres also on the seventeenth and The Consultant premieres on the twenty-fourth. Here's everything we know about these series coming to Prime Video in February 2023.

The hit Prime Video series Harlem returns in Season 2 for eight episodes on February 3 and will pick up where our favorite women left off. In the trailer, we see Camille (Meagan Good) trying to put her blown-up career and disrupted love life back together, as Tye (Jerrie Johnson) is figuring out her future while Quinn (Brace Byers) confronts her feelings, and Angie (Shoniqua Shandai) is getting ahead in her musical theater career; all while they try to get together to just have some fun.

The second season of Clarkson's Farm, a docuseries following Jeremy Clarkson as he tries to figure out how to run a thousand-acre farm in Great Britain, premieres on February 10. This could be one of the last seasons of the series on Amazon after some controversy. On the Diddly Squat Farm, Clarkson learns how to manage a farm and expand with his limited agricultural knowledge and no-nonsense team in this love letter to farming.

Carnival Row returns on February 17 for a second and final season on Prime Video, and fans have been waiting years for this. After steampunk human empires have taken over the realms of the faeries, a divide separates the two kinds as intolerance and hatred for magical creatures increases. Despite the divide and discrimination, the human constable Rycroft "Philo" Philostrate (Orlando Bloom) and determined faerie Vignette Stonemoss (Cara Delevinge) spark a romance during the mysterious murders that are shaking the delicate peace existing between races. Tensions are rising and blood is spilling on both sides of the divide and war will come soon in the epic conclusion of Carnival Row.

La Cabeza de Joaquín Murrieta, or The Head of Joaquin Murrieta, also premieres on Prime Video on February 17 and looks to be an action-packed Mexican-style western. Filmed in Mexico, spoken in Spanish, and produced by Dynamo, the same individual that did Narcos, the eight-part series follows two men after the Mexican-American War. Joaquin Murrieta (Juan Manuel Bernal) is a legendary outlaw, like a Mexican Robin Hood, who crosses paths with Joaquin Carrillo (Alejandro Speitzer), an old rival he must ally with to defeat a common enemy, Harry Love (Steve Wilcox). A story of heroes and anti-heroes in Mexico during current issues of law and immigration, built for Latin Americans and all audiences, La Cabeza de Joaquín Murrieta is a traditional experiment and a sure-fire hit.

Prime Video possibly saved the best for last, as The Consultant premieres on February 24. From WandaVision director Matt Shakman, the trailer gives us plenty of reason to expect much from this show. If you thought your boss was crazy, Regus Patoff (Christoph Waltz) is a literal sociopath in this twisted workplace comedy-thriller. Hired as a consultant to improve business at a gaming software company after a failed merger, Patoff believes that any motivation to improve employees' work ethic, including fear, is acceptable. An interesting take on what the relationship between employee and boss is, The Consultant will see just how far we are willing to go to get ahead and to survive. In these eight episodes based on Bentley Little's novel of the same name, we see kidnappings, conspiracies, and very dark humor. Yes, we are very excited about The Consultant.

If you haven’t yet had a chance to check out the Prime Video series Modern Love, you need to add it to your watch list. Modern Love is a romantic-comedy television series based on The New York Times weekly newspaper column of the same name. According to Deadline, the series (much like the column) explores "love in its multitude of forms – including sexual, romantic, familial, platonic, and self-love." The series is interesting as it does not follow the same cast throughout the entirety of each season, but rather follows a new cast and new stories in each subsequent episode. Each half-hour episode is centered around a different depiction of love and delves into a different relationship dynamic.

Modern Love features a broad range of love stories, all set within The Big Apple, thus earning its title. The stories it shares are as varied as the emotional responses they induce. Heartwarming, devastating, hopeful, romantic, charming, and honest could all accurately describe the Prime Video series. It is without a doubt the streaming platform’s most underrated series in its catalog. Furthermore, it also boasts an all-star cast including the likes of Tina Fey, Anne Hathaway, Kit Harrington, Anna Paquin, John Slattery, and many others. Here is why Modern Love is one of Prime Video’s most underrated series.

One great reason to tune in to Modern Love is it features a terrific ensemble cast. Throughout seasons 1 and 2, audiences are treated to a slew of talented actors bringing to life the essay submissions of real-life people. In season one alone, we see appearances from Saturday Night Live alum Tina Fey, Andy Garcia, Ozark’s Julia Garner, Anne Hathaway, Catherine Keener, Dev Patel, Ed Sheeran, and John Slattery of Mad Men fame. Season 2 also features a barrage of talented guest stars in the way of Lucy Boynton, Zoe Chao, Minnie Driver, Game of Throne’s Kit Harrington, Garret Hedlund, and True Blood’s Anna Paquin.

While all the episodes are special in their own way, and share some amazing stories, Season 1 Episode Three “Take Me As I Am, Whoever I Am” starring Hathaway as a New York woman silently struggling with Bipolar Disorder, and the complications that arise in her dating and work life as a result, is particularly noteworthy. Hathaway is brilliant in the role, and the episode sheds light on an important issue. The episode is based on the 2008 essay by Terry Cheney. Showrunner John Carney also felt particularly connected to this story telling The Hollywood Reporter, “One day I feel like I can do everything and there’s nothing I couldn’t do, and the next day I don’t get out of bed or don’t feel like getting out of bed, and I feel deflated and defeated and self-conscious and ugly and talentless and the next day I’m OK again. I’m not sure how many people feel that way in real life, but I certainly feel that way.”

Sundance Jury Walks Out of Magazine Dreams Premiere for Lacking Caption Accessibility for Fellow Juror Marlee Matlin Movie

Jury members for Sundance's U.S. Dramatic Competition left the premiere after it failed to supply hearing-impaired viewers with accessible captioning.

The collective jury, consisting of Jeremy O. Harris, Eliza Hittman, and Marlee Matlin, abandoned Elijah Bynum's film premiere about a steroid-addled amateur bodybuilder who struggles to find his place among the community after a captioning device provided to Matlin malfunctioned.

Johnathan Majors' shredded physique couldn't persuade Sundance's U.S. Dramatic Competition jury from skipping out on Friday's premiere of Magazine Dreams.

Filmmakers are encouraged by the festival to provide accessibility options for deaf and hard-of-hearing viewers like Matlin. However, some filmmakers have declined to add captioning due to the cost and time demands of producing a secondary film print. While the Sundance Film Festival doesn't require filmmakers to include accessibility features with their film screeners -- despite the jury's repeated insistence they do -- this year's application for press credentials does ask SFF attendees if they require access to captioning.

Subsequently, the jury signed a letter (obtained by Variety) that strongly urges festival filmmakers to allow 'open caption DCP' prints to screen:

“We have all traveled to Utah to celebrate independent film and those who devote their lives to making them. There’s a thrill to sit in a room with others who love films and cheer for them together and Sundance has been an important place for each of us to do that over our varied careers. The U.S. independent cinema movement began as a way to make film accessible to everyone, not just those with the most privileges among us. As a jury our ability to celebrate the work that all of you have put into making these films has been disrupted by the fact that they are not accessible to all three of us.”

“Our goal is to make all experiences (in person and online) as accessible as possible for all participants. Our accessibility efforts are, admittedly, always evolving and feedback helps drive it forward for the community as a whole.”

In recent years, Sundance has made deliberate efforts to accommodate attendees and participants with wide-ranging accessibility requirements. In 2020, the festival ensured Crip Camp co-director James Lebrecht, born with spina bifida and used a wheelchair, could attend every major event and screening. This year, ASL interpreters were assigned to accompany leadership and filmmakers' remarks during post-screening Q&A panels.

To its credit, the festival did make an effort to provide Matlin with an accessibility device when the Magazine Dreams filmmakers refused to add captioning themselves. Unfortunately, however, the auxiliary captioning device failed to work at the time of the film's premiere screening, which ultimately prompted the jury's premature departure.

Xosha Roquemore Joins the Cast of the Upcoming MCU Film Captain America: New World Order Movies

The rising newcomer Xosha Roquemore lands a key role in Marvel’s upcoming film, Captain America: New World Order.

Marvel’s Multiverse Saga continues into the next phase in February with the upcoming film Ant-Man And The Wasp: Quantumania. It’s the first film within Phase 5, which will set the tone for the MCU’s next chapter and bring long-time Marvel followers deeper into the new universes, new enemies, and new allies post-Infinity Saga. Changes within the Marvel Cinematic Universe have been apparent, and fans can expect to see new faces as the plot for the Multiverse Saga unfolds. One new face joining the cast of Captain America: New World Order is Xosha Roquemore, who is set to become a major player in the upcoming Phase 5 film, according to a report from Deadline.

Roquemore is a rising star in Hollywood, most recently appearing in Warner Bros. Space Jam: A New Legacy starring LeBron James. She also has been featured in other prominent projects such as Sherman’s Showcase, Black Monday, and Atlanta. However, her addition to the Marvel Cinematic Universe marks her biggest role to date, with her playing a pivotal role in Captain America: New World Order. Roquemore’s part in the film is still under wraps for now, but given her past performances, she’s slated to make a huge debut in the MCU.

Roquemore joins an ensemble lineup of stars in the upcoming Marvel film, most notably Anthony Mackie. He reprises his role as Sam Wilson, who picked up the mantle of Captain America following the series finale of Falcon and the Winter Solider. Tim Blake Nelson, Danny Ramirez, and Carl Lumbly are all reprising their roles within the franchise as Dr. Samuel Sterns, Joaquin Torres, and Isaiah Bradley, respectively. Shira Haas and Harrison Ford have also been brought on as cast members for the upcoming Marvel project. Falcon and the Winter Soldier showrunner Malcolm Spellman serves dual roles on the project as co-director with Julius Onah and co-writer alongside Dalan Musson.

Paul Rudd’s Ant-Man played a small but integral role within Marvel’s Infinity Saga. The tiny but mighty superhero was first introduced in his titular film in 2015 and eventually became responsible for saving half of the universe’s population during Infinity Saga’s resolution in Avengers: Endgame. In an interview with Collider, Marvel producer Kevin Feige and Ant-Man’s franchise director Peyton Reed discussed why Ant-Man was chosen to kick off Phase 5, a pivotal moment within Marvel’s Multiverse Saga.

“We wanted to kick off Phase Five with Ant-Man because he’d earned that position. To not simply be the back-up or the comic relief, but to take his position at the front of the podium of the MCU,” mentions Feige when speaking on Ant-Man And The Wasp: Quantumania. Audiences last saw Scott Lang/Ant-Man being sent to the Quantum Realm, but in the upcoming film, Ant-Man embarks on a new adventure in the unknown realm with Hope Van Dyne/Wasp and her parents, Hank Pym and Janet Van Dyne. Scott faces Marvel’s biggest foe yet as the supervillain Kang the Conqueror enters the fold as MCU’s big bad.

The stakes are much higher entering into Phase 5 as the formidable Kang has the ability to rewrite existence and obliterate timelines. “We’re not running around the streets of San Francisco anymore,” stated Reed. “We’re fighting one of the most powerful villains in Marvel history, and maybe these are the most unlikely Avengers to be the first to go up against this guy.” Ant-Man will have to outmaneuver the sinister Kang who he is forced to do a deal with in order to escape the Quantum Realm.

For years, the Ant-Man and the Wasp franchise was considered the "filler" movies of the MCU. That has drastically changed with the upcoming third installment, Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania, which has marked the on-screen debut of Kang the Conqueror. But even though public opinion on the franchise has only recently changed, Scott Lang and Hope van Dyne have always played key roles in the larger MCU. As evidenced by the animated series, What If...?, their shrinking tech has even positioned them as two of the most powerful Avengers.

Without the help of Ant-Man, the Avengers would never have been able to access the Quantum Realm, thus never undoing the Blip. Before Ant-Man and the Wasp joined the fight against Thanos, they were foiling the plans of Darren Cross and helping stabilize Ghost. A rat was the unsung hero of Avengers: Endgame, releasing Scott Lang from the Quantum Realm after he had been trapped for five years. Scott observed that time worked differently in the Quantum Realm, leading to his idea of using it as a time machine. While the idea was initially met with skepticism, Scott participated in various experiments to prove time travel was possible. A Time Heist was then executed, in which the Avengers went back in time to retrieve the Infinity Stones. Thanos' Snap was undone, bringing half of all life in the universe back including Hope van Dyne, Hank Pym, and Janet van Dyne.

Ant-Man and the Wasp were later present during the Battle of Earth, using their unique abilities to their advantage. Ant-Man became Giant-Man, punching a Leviathan and crushing Cull Obsidian under his foot. Meanwhile, the Wasp helped clear a path to the Quantum Tunnel for Captain Marvel. Neither Ant-Man nor the Wasp were main characters in Avengers: Endgame (screentime was focused on the original six Avengers), but were lovely to watch whenever they were on-screen.

Captain America: Civil War was Scott's second film appearance, as well as his first film appearance outside the Ant-Man franchise. He was recruited by Falcon into Team Cap, joining Captain America himself, Hawkeye, the Winter Soldier, and the Scarlet Witch. Ant-Man's appearance in the film was relatively brief, but he stole the show during the fight at the Leipzig/Halle airport — so much so, in fact, that Spider-Man couldn't stop himself from using some questionable language.

Scott became Giant-Man for the first time, and made the battle much more difficult for Team Iron Man. It was Giant-Man's presence that made the scene so memorable for MCU fans. Unfortunately, Scott wasn't used to his new form and was defeated and imprisoned in the Raft. Despite the battle at the airport being Ant-Man's first time with the Avengers, Ant-Man blended in perfectly with the other superheroes.

The third episode of Marvel Studios' What If...? presented a scenario where the world lost its mightiest heroes. As Nick Fury recruited heroes for the Avengers Initiative, a mysterious killer disrupted his plans by wiping out all of Fury's candidates. The list of victims included Iron Man, Thor, Hawkeye, Black Widow, and the Hulk, all whom were no match for an invisible enemy. The killer was revealed to be Yellowjacket, not Darren Cross from the main MCU, but a variant of Hank Pym in an alternate universe.

Hank was motivated by revenge after Hope van Dyne had been killed during a mission in Europe. He accused S.H.I.E.L.D. of using Janet's death to recruit Hope, blaming the organization and its director, Nick Fury, for Hope's death. The variant Hank Pym was terrifying, demonstrating just how dangerous the Ant-Man and Yellowjacket suits are in the wrong hands. When Hank described his work as not being "some cute technology like the Iron Man suit," he was completely right.

Hope van Dyne finally donned the Wasp suit in Ant-Man and the Wasp, joining Scott in the superheroics. Together, they fought against the black-market dealer Sonny Burch and his men and a superpowered "Ghost." The power couple dynamic in Ant-Man and the Wasp was very well done, providing a breath of fresh air from the individual superheroes and the larger superhero teams. Rather than focusing on a traditional hero-versus-villain plot, the film centered on a mission to retrieve Janet van Dyne from the Quantum Realm. This decision deepened the world of Ant-Man and the Wasp, and of course set up the events of Avengers: Endgame.

Deadly winter storm brings travel chaos, 'life-threatening' frigid temperatures to much of the U.S.

At least 46 people have been killed, according to an NBC News tally.

Millions of people were hunkered down and staying on high alert Sunday amid a deadly winter storm that has killed at least 46 people, caused travel chaos across the U.S. and created a "potentially life-threatening hazard" for people on the move on Christmas Day.

"The life-threatening cold temperatures and in combination with dangerous wind chills will create a potentially life-threatening hazard for travelers that become stranded, individuals that work outside, livestock and domestic pets," the National Weather Service said in a bulletin.

The service said that anyone who needs to be outside should dress in layers, cover as much of their skin as possible and pack winter safety kits in their vehicles.

“In some areas, being outdoors could lead to frostbite in minutes,” the service added.

The storm was vast in scale, stretching from the Great Lakes near Canada to the Rio Grande along the Mexican border.

At least 46 people had died as of Sunday evening, according to an NBC News tally. The deaths were recorded in 12 states: Colorado, Illinois, Kansas, Kentucky, Michigan, Missouri, Nebraska, New York, Ohio, Oklahoma, Tennessee and Wisconsin.

More than 3,300 domestic and international flights had been canceled as of Sunday afternoon, with more than 11,000 flights delayed, according to the tracking website FlightAward.

The storm was particularly devastating in the Buffalo, New York, area, where 16 people died after the area was slammed with a freezing blizzard.

“This will go down in history as the most devastating storm in Buffalo’s long, storied history of having battled many battles, many major storms,” New York Gov. Kathy Hochul said Sunday.

Blinding blizzards, freezing rain and frigid cold also knocked out power in places from Maine to Seattle, leaving hundreds of thousands of homes and businesses without power and millions of people on edge about the possibility of blackouts.
